Pricing

We are an independent, locally owned practice that aims to be fair and honest with our pricing, always ensuring that your pet is offered exceptional care while also considering our clients budgets and the availability of resources. Please always discuss any concerns of costs with us so we can best support you and your pet with a tailored plan.

All the prices are inclusive of VAT and consultation fee.

We require a deposit prior to any scheduled operations, this can be sent via payment link, at the point of booking.

No-show surgical appointments and consultations without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the fees (Estimates can be provided prior to a planned and emergency surgical procedure).

Please note we are unable to process direct insurance claims , all insurance claims incur a £10 insurance processing fee, per condition, per claim. We would recommend clients to claim through their own insurer to save on this processing fee , however we are happy to help. If a claim is processed by ourselves we recommend to accumulate the invoices over a period dependant on your insurance claiming policy.
