For all of our registered clients, If your pet needs emergency treatment during our opening hours (8.30-6pm Monday & Tuesday, 8.30-7pm Wednesday, 8.30-6pm Thursday, 8.30-5pm Friday, 9.30-1pm Saturday, call us on 01463 572424.
Outside of our normal opening hours we offer our own out of hours emergency treatment and care to registered clients only (out of hour charges apply). In a true emergency out with our opening hours your call will be transferred directly to a member of our staff.
Please note that this service is only for registered clients and emergencies only.
Please respect our out of hour emergency service, our vets and nurses work in the day as well as being on call. This service is for genuine emergencies only.
Be prepared for emergency situations by ensuring your pet is registered with us in advance and has appropriate pet insurance.
